@Rob_G: just started running YAOSCW-P-r8.1 and Wu's went from ~3 hrs to 1.6 hrs. But appears to reduce credit by 1/3

@Gary - Great to Hear! Don't worry about the credit. That's just PENDING credit. Because you crunch so fast now, the GRANTED credit will average on the slower machines too. I avg 9 pending credit but I'm granted between 25 - 35.

@schloss - I don't think so as E@H hasn't released the source code for their software (to my knowledge). S@H has and that's what's needed for optimization.

@vajras - You can try the optimised clients on the same page (www.marisan.nl). Seems to work for me. Just Be careful with the CPU spec...

@schloss - go to http://www.marisan.nl/seti/ and read CAREFULLY the specs! Then choose the RIGHT client, download it and replace the "boinc.exe". Don't forget to save your current conf in the first place :-)
