join multiple projects on one computer. It will go with the latest cpi and will update all the projects

Another Board is the woltlab Burning Board, that could easily be made betterr by Plugins! and it has language-packs! http://woltlab.com/ (in German)

I know there a lots of boards (I counted over 40 yesterday). You can read my motivations for choosing IPB in the news on the fronpage.

YaBB Gold SP1.3.1 or 1.4 would be my choice. Doesn't get much better than this, I've seen more commercial Boards hacked than public YaBB installations, but your mileage may vary depending on taste...

Forgot : PHPBB is known to be the most volunerable Board existing for ages. Just stay clear of it, that'll help.

@Willy: i would prefer BOINCstats news only. ppl can subscribe to the projects news at the projects homepage. or do two separate rss exorts: one only for BOINCstats and the second for all the rest. just my opionion =)
