This is the same problem E@H had a few weeks ago. The fix from the vendor didn't work, so it appears they're going to be switching to a different companies hardware. 24drive raid controllers aren't cheap.

I'd like it if he were a little more specific on the computer parts he 'needs' for the new server. I have loads of server class parts lying around I could donate, but without specifics, it doesn't appear that he really has a set part he wants.
