What is it? I assume it's something about seismic activity (doh!) but what more does it do? And what's the project status (alpha, beta, in full production?)

@Odor: "project is shut down for maintenance". you can create an account but it won't attach. my guess is pre-alpha (whatever THAT means)

@dar1008: I had same problem and switched to "leave in mem" and NO problems since

Can anyone tell me why Orbit@Home stats aren't shown, I noticed that some hosts have obtained credits when I looked at their site the other day

Anybody has also been experiencing problems with failed upload in SETI? what can I do to solve that?
Guest

2005-10-13 15:13:08

@Paninoga: wait, from time to time results are uploaded successfully. Think about crunching for Einstein or CPDN. Regarding upload and resulting, Einstein is most reliable (my opionion).

@Paninoga: every wednesday from 17. 00UTC untill about 20:00UTC SETI@Home is down for backups, just suspend your network-activity in BOINC for a few hours around that time and enable it on thursdaymorning if you have enough work cached.
