LIZZ, thanks for your response regarding the AV and the resident host of Anti Virus, However I conducted a small test between yesterday and today... I totally uninstalled the AV and ran the numbers for a 24 hour period, low and behold, my numbers went through the roof (sort of speeking, in relation to the hardware that I have currently running project...)

I know that I am running a risk having no antivirus installed, But instead of distributed AV, I think I need to look at local workstation installations of AV... Look up my user name and you will see the results that I am speeking of, the numbers do not lie... Thanks again.... And please let me know what you think...

I know every this is supposed to link between different projects i.e. combined stats over 2 or more projects but i have been signed up with SETI and CPDN for almost a month now and they still haven't linked together. Any thing I can do to speed this up?

@Poochling: Two things are required for stats to line up: 1) they must use IDENTICAL email addresses. 2) The projects must be able to make a "chain". So if you have one computer that only does SETI and another that ONLY does CPDN, they will never line up.

@Lizz.: It is known since the beginning of S@h, that AV Sw may become a performance issue. @MARNEDIV: Exclude BOINC directories and thus preventing them from being scanned all the time
