well, unless your team has hundreds of members it shouldnt be that hard to count, at least after the first time

Small problem with the new Perl script. I'm restoring the database (noticed by love@umiken) to rerun the update to solve the 'frozen' problem (noticed by PhilippeCM).

What is the reason to set the reasource use to 100-200 if you can change the time that that the module uses, for example you can set the apps to switch every 60 minutes (reccomended). I currently have the apps to change every 90 minutes. What impact will changing either of these settings have on how, and with what efficiency the apps run at???

@Marne: Resource allocation determines which app will run next every 60 (or 90) minutes. Just because it's breaking every 60 minutes doesn't mean that every project will run in sequence. Those with higher resource allocations will get more slices of time.

The boinc total in my detailed statistics does not add up to the sum of each indvidual project total. The sum of all project is greater than the boinc total credit. Any idea why?

That would be because the total is only updated once/day/project, where each project updates several times/day. This is perfectly normal

@soldieromeg: They synchronise over time. One of your clients needs to contact each project for them to synchronise. It's explained better at http://boinc-doc.net/site-common/glossary/letter-c.php.

there also has to be a connection between the computers: if CP is running only on one computer that is not running any other project, then the CPIDs will never line up, but if CP and Seti are on one comp and SETI and protein are on another (for example) then they will line up... eventually.
