Why don't my stats refresh more often? Have the same total credit for 2 days now - "My Account" shows vastly different numbers.

@Chuckie: Read the FAQ! Update once a day, and if the projects don't do it correct, just be patient.

To Chuckie: There is a bug section in the forum. Try that instead of the shoutbox. And give a clue which project you're having trouble with.

@Chuckie : I see the same happening to me : for the last 2 days, almost no credit seems to be added here, while on the project pages, the results keep getting better. Yesterday at least, there still was a little bit credit added, while today, none whatsoever

pls update anything. and dont just say u do like half the time. i see the stats were supposedly updated 5 hrs ago, yet they r the same as yesterday and day b4. O looks like there is no problem with the project, so wats up boincstats?

Bluebird: Yes, I read the FAQ. They say nothing about the fact that the stats that appear on mau BOINCStats page have no relationship to the stats that show in BOINC. Furthermore, they state that stats are updated once a day. Fine. But then why did my stats update recently with only a fraction of the credit that I have in BOINC? And, if stats are updated once per day, then why is there a very promoinently displayed "last update BOINC stats" that always shows an update within the last 60 minutes?

There is definitely something wrong with the stats page. My daily credits are way off, and my total is about 7K behind what it says on Boinc

If there are problems with the XMLs that the various projects are exporting, then there's nothing that can be done... unless you expect Willy to individually check each users stats on each of the sites every day. I've also heard that there's some sort of parsing problem with the code that's being used (on the SETI board) if you have the ability (I don't) why not offer Willy a hand?
