@Wolf to the Max normally if a pc don't get credits for a while you should be able to delite him on the projects page.

The RieselSieve x86_64 is about 1/ 3 faster and thus giving more credits than the 32 Bit app.

You have to ensure that you have your country selected in all projects (same country for all).
