Lonestar: the only time I pay attention to the graphics is to make sure I'm not about to lose a model-day of SAP by shutting down or rebooting. I set the other one up as a service on purpose.

Hello! I'm not using screen savers because it waste too much CPU, it's true. But I would like to see what am I processing, like SETI, Leiden, Climate Prediction, or Einstein projects. Why the others didn't do something like that? I thing it's better

If you change your email address on a project (or more than 1 project) does the cpid change?

nubs: yes. Your cpid is based in part on your email address. If you don't change your email in all projects, you will have multiple cpids.

Miguel: yeh back in 02 when I first signed onto SETI they had a status bar in the icon tray that let you see what you'd crunched. Now, 3 PCs later, trying to sign on again, I am SO confused!

Now, all I really wish is they could "squirt" me highly compressed data and let my PC open and crunch it at its convenience. Babysitting downloads by dialup is a major pain!
