I have completed WUs at a project, but they are PENDING - waiting on wingmen, so credits have not yet been awarded. I crunched these WUs when I was not on any team. If I join a team now, when the Pending Credits get awarded -- will those credits count for the team or not?

Credits get awarded to the team you're in at time of granting, i.e. they will be awarded to your team.
