Can someone please tell me how teams are matched across projects? Is this simply by name, or is there a cpid for teams?

Reason why I ask: My team boinc.be has recently merged with Belgian MoOo Farm (BMF). In XtremLab BMF had more credits than boinc.be. So we want to rename the original boinc.be team to some dummy name, and then rename BMF to boinc.be. Will this work? Will the credits of BMF now be seen as credits for boinc.be?

TIA

Teams are only matched by the name.

Willy has afaik some internal cpid for teams for database economy, but it should work in the described way.
