Just started back in to BOINC projects a couple days ago, and a boincstats account. Experiencing a few issues...

1. If I log in and go to BAM! > My detailed stats, it says "User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit.

2. If I go to BAM! > Signature, and view the standard or banner style signature for user, the signature says "Your BAM!-id is not linked to a stats account yet!"

3. If I use the Search function to find my username, I get two results (with and without ASIC), either one does lead to a Detailed Stats page that shows my 3 projects worth of results gathered so far.

Is this the system still adjusting and sorting things out, or is there a problem with my account?

After digging around on the site I found that I needed to add an account manager in BOINC client, so I did that.

I also made the PW the same on my projects and boincstats, and added those projects here. Was already using the same email on everything, and the same username when applicable.

My hosts page does now show my host.

BAM! > My detailed stats, still shows "User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit."

BAM! > Main account page, still shows blank CPID.

BAM! > Signature, still shows "Your BAM!-id is not linked to a stats account yet." EDIT: Found in the FAQ that I need to have a URL with the correct ID, however the BAM! ID on my main profile page does not work and loads another user's stats. After some digging around I was able to determine that my actual ID (pulled from a URL I stumbled across on here) is 203866460694, and when used in https://www.boincstats.com/signature/-1/user/203866460694/sig.png, leads to a working signature. Seems there are some potential issues going on with my account, or with boincstats.

Guess I'll just wait it out to see if the system just needs time to update/sync everything, since it has only been a few days.

You're spot on, looks like all the links in BAM! are now showing what they're supposed to, even the signature area. Awesome!

I am having a similar problem.

In my bam account settings i it shows the CPID as empty, and when i look at my BAM! signature it also says "Your BAM!-id is not linked to a stats account yet!". (Although when looking at my user's signature it shows up and works normally). I am fairly new here. I am posting this here since i've seen some people say it's related to the CPID.

Are these both related to you?
If so, did you use different e-mail addresses?

Yea both are related to me and i am very confused. I have used the same email everywhere, i checked that. And for some reasons projects vanish and appear again on https://www.boincstats.com/stats/-1/user/detail/238362465760/projectList.

Do you have BAM! attached to a host, or are you just trying to get it going through the website alone?

Hey, asking again in case someone knows what I’m doing wrong. I’ll restate everything and add a bit more info to make it easier.

All my projects are running on at least 2 out of 3 hosts 24/7, and all 3 hosts are connected and synced with BAM!. I always signed up through BAM! or used the same email, password and username everywhere to projects. But I still have two separate profiles:

I have no idea how to fix this. I tried the usual stuff like reattaching BAM!, restarting, etc.

Also, as you can see here, my BAM! doesn't seem to connect to my stats at all:

As you see CPID is empty.
I heard it should sync automatically, but I’ve been waiting for over a week now.
