I just installed BOINC on my computer, and just signed up for BAM/Boincstats to manage my projects. Per the instruction on this website I setup BOINC manager to sync with BAM, and it says it is synced. On BAM I can see my host connected in the host list. Yesterday I added the projects I want to run from the BAM website, but they are not showing up in BOINC manager on my host. It says I have no projects. The project list on BAM shows the projects I signed up for.

Am I missing something? How do I get this to start running the projects? I started adding them manually to my host, but then I got a message saying they would not be synced with BAM if I added them manually.

I think I just figured it out. In the project list I didn't realize I had to click on the clients column and manually attach my client to each project.

If you want to crunch the same projects in every puter you can simply chose "Attach new host by default?" on this page: http://boincstats.com/bam/resources.php

When you added the projects via BAM, did you check the "Attach all hosts now" radio button and update in the Project resources page? You don't have to do all the hosts individually, you can just do that. However, you won't notice any changes in your BOINC client until it synchronizes with BAM. This is usually done once every 24 hours, or if you do it manually under Tools > Synchronize with BOINCstats BAM!
