The BOINC client now supports the preference "on multiprocessors, use at most x% of the processors", which is missing from the edit preferences page.

The projects have two options to control how many processors are used by the BOINC client:

1. Up to 5.10, the number of maximum processors could be specified.
   
2. From 6.1 on, the maximum number of processors is specified as percentage of the total number of processors.

Here's how it's shown in PrimeGrid, for example:

On multiprocessors, use at most	32	processors

Enforced by version 5.10 and earlier

On multiprocessors, use at most	100	% of the processors

Enforced by version 6.1+

When changing the preferences through BAM, because it only supports #1, the projects always get 100% in #2. Therefore, those systems with the current BOINC client, jump to 100%.

It's not really a new feature, but a request that the BAM preferences match the BOINC client's.
