    * added a link to detailed stats (per host) on the host list page
    * added some javascript to host list page that ask for a confirmation when you click the red X
    * added the same javascript to detailed host page for when you click on 'delete host'

    * updated the script that reads account/venue info from projects (to get in line with the new info exported by the projects) when a new BAM! account is created. It now also reads show_hosts, url and default_venue. This info isn't read when you add a project to your BAM! account later as BAM! is supposed to deliver this info to the projects, not the other way around.
    * updated the script that sets account info to include show_hosts (still need to update the webform to get this working though)
    * replaced the BAM! logo

    * fixed a small bug in the account script. Password hash was calculated wrong when changing password, email or username. It prevented hosts from attaching.
    * added links to the usernames in the shoutbox. They link to the profile or detailed stats page of the user (when available)

    * Added code to BAM! to remove projects (from clients) that have a new URL. This is necessary because without removing it first, the client can’t attach to the new URL.
    * Added project HashClash to BAM!

    * updated the URL for ABC Beta. This means that if you have hosts attached to ABC Beta, they will detach from the old URL, then re-attach to the new one. This is normal BAM! behavior

    * Added "Prepare new host" to the Host list page. With this you set up a host before you connect it to BAM!. The hostname in combination with your useraccount are used to identify the host on first connect

    * Added 'No new work' and 'Detach when work done' to the host options. You can find it on the host account page. This only works with 5.8.16 and above. 5.8.16 doesn't show a message on the project page (in the manager) that it detach, 5.9.x does.
