I detached WCG from BAM but it kept showing up on my hosts. The only way I could detach was detaching the host from BAM, removing WCG, then reattaching... which caused its own share of headaches...

Note on the BOINC Windows 7.5 CLient, it will let you Remove projects irregardless of being attached to BAM. Just FYI even it is a pre-release.


Apparently, WCG is a phantom project for my BAM account as it doesn't show on my Mrojects list and it doesn't show on Sign-up either.

I don't want WCG anymore but it's just a hassle because it doesn't properly conform to BOINC. I changed my name and e-mail and with the exception of Sigma, all my projects updated properly except WCG which remained stuck on the old CPID.


Would you fix this and resync my account to the new CPID please?

Well, BAM partially sorted it out. WCG is back on the list of my projects.

But now BAM is linking to old CPID of which there is NOTHING associated with it as all the projects are on the new CPID...
"User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit."

Also, I can't look up by name as there is a problem with BOINCstats...

CORRECTION (forum doesn't allow me to edit post):

WCG is on the STATS of the NEW CPID with the rest of my projects which I can ONLY get to SEARCHING by user name.

BUT STILL NOT on My projects or Sign-up
