maybe you changed CPID, and stats got transferred, or you won the CPDN lottery and lost it again

@Robynet-des-Bosquets: I had the same on 2004-08-30 where I scored over 10K credits. It probably has to do with the fact that CPDN gives you credits per "trickle" and then once again at the very end of a packet (for a short time -- these credits are taken away again right after)

@Robynet: If my explanation was correct there is nothing to be done about it - you shouldn't have gotten those credits in the first place (since you got double credited for the CPDN work). CPDN really should do something about that happening in the first place.

Seti@Boinc still is having issues!!! I have only been able to download three working work units since last Friday, the server is always busy or out of work!!! Someone needs to get this fixed, and fast. Ever since they brought the Boinc stuff online to replace the original, it has been one problem after another...I almost am ready to quit because of all of the excusses and problems!!!!!

@sterling: according to yrour account @Seti you've got ~20 the last 2 days, returned about 1/3 of 'em. Seti is fine ATM, an now even not DoS-ed any more

as stated on SETI's board, I have had ~20 download attempts, but 17 of the twenty are listed as download failure, only three worked. I have had several results that were waiting to be transmitted back, that finally started getting connections yesterday.

@sterling - Sign up to another BOINC project, that way when one is having technical difficulties, you can fall back to another.

I love when people threaten to quit a project when it's down...give me break -- what exactly did you plan to do with your idle loop?

If it's that traumatic not having workunits to crunch, rather quit before the stroke!! Give Seti guys a break! I can asure you they want everything running 100% 1000 times more than you, and doing there utmost to achieve it. Perfection in IT is an illusion!
