I prefer projects which are connected to my work or interests, like QMC and Spinhenge and LHC (I am a physical chemist) and SETI and Einstein (I am an amateur astronomer).

@andy you are right, you might find something, however since the distance would be so great, communicating, much less travel would be impossible.

@ringold thent hat is why you actually read all that I wrote. I only consider the medical based one worth as much time as climate change studies. Like it or not it is happening and we ned to see what is going to happen down the road with it.
