No sponsorship I tried both AMD and Intel during the fun(d)raising but neither responded to my email. So, it's just for the looks. Also added logo's of SGI, PowerPC and Sun.

Nevermind, I hit the 'Donate' button and see the amount left, I guess it's just not advertised.

A shame that it wasn't on BOINC. I think I got a crunch or two in on UD.

@iav: Here you have a link (amongst many) that points out some alternative platform support: boinc.berkeley.edu/download_other.php Unfortunately, there seems to be very few other but SETI application that have support for other arcitectures

Btw, if anyone knows about any project than SETI that can use AIX or Linux on IBM Pseries (ppc64/power4+) I would be very happy. I don't think SETI is much to 'waste' cpu power on :/ Would rather do someting for mankind, WCG/Rosetta... whatever.

Why did I get 100 creds. QMC when I'm not even attatched to it. Does it have something to do with S@H's Tuesday evening backup session?

When did you detach from QMC. Perhaps it's an old WU where credit was due

@coolbrook: detached from QMC in January of this year, leaving no WUs. Check out the 'Bugs Report' on the Forum for more details.

@Ringold: Yes, ofcourse they (the aliens) have some nifty sollutions to our human flaws, perhaps they even have a nice compiled binary for Linux/Power4+ platform to use with Boinc for some honorable project

@xenu666 & Ringold: I thought they were coming to us for help. It always seems that way in Star Trek.
