Sztaki is up. Don't know how it'll behave, though. . .

@lunarcom, etc. : I agree it's nice to spread things around, but I have always thought that more than three or four is too thin. Too few credits for each project! I personally crunch for three at a time to keep it down.

@ wizzszz. thats what testers expect to happen at alpha projects. report your problems to the docking boards. if you don't want test account. pass it on

@bjango: I know that, its only 2 thing: inform others of actual problems, and complain a bit about those huge testing units. . . 30 minutes should be sufficient to test an app for bugs! Just like RALPH does.

What if a bug makes it run for longer than expected?

@borandi: end function? well, an infinite loop may cause this, but it won't update progress/update progress beyond 100%! But the point is: Docking sends intentionally a minimum of 4hrs work per unit! Too long for the FIRST BUNCH of test units!

BOINC 5. 4. 11 is available! Does it make sense to upgrade from 5. 4. 9?

@wizzszz: No. It was a release that fixed a bug in McAfee antivirus. If you don't have it, don't upgrade yet.

@wizzszz: As long as the version you're running is working fine, you don't really need to upgrade unless the upgrade is a major one, with new functions, etc. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

I still run 5. 2. 13 - no problems at all. Why upgrade if you are OK with what you have?

@John Hunt: Does 5. 2. 13 support BAM? @All: Thanks for the replies!

Yo Willy! I was just thinking: how about upgrading the Boincstats logo? The new BAM! logo looks great, but now it makes Boincstats look, well, ick! Background banner and logo need upgrade to be flashy and cool like BAM!. No clash. You da man!

@Willy: How would it be with a BOINCstats logo competition? Maybe 2 weeks of time for the participants . . . and the winner gets a golden pineapple or a coconut ;-)

Can't get BOINC to work. It wants me to configure the proxy settings, and I do not know how to do that.
