I've been to both places in the winter time. The only place in England with weather as cold as New York was Edinburgh

GPU projects yield much greater PPD. Your Xeons are best put to use on a CPU only project.

What dual CPU chassis do you run the Xeons in? An NVIDIA Tesla would fit in well with them.
