weird, the stats are updated on the the SETI page but the total credit does not match the unmber on the CPID page for my 3 projects

i think that this site sux for seti users. the stats are NEVER totally up to date. I have started using setisynergy and they are always updated before boincstats, and they are always correct, whereas boincstats is ALWAYS a day behind their update. eg. boinc will say i am at 60 for 2 days whilst with setisynergy I am on 57

So leave and whine elsewhere.

@pissed off: good criticism is always welcome. Please read the F.A.Q. on updates. I do however think that you'll always like the site that puts you on the highest position, correct or not.

@jjhat1: make sure not to read current credit for total credit. Could you explain the problem in more detail in the forum please?

If this site sux so bad, why do you come back? I've been to SETIsynergy. I found that they had zero credit on the same days as this site. You can't update nonexistent data. Since SETI doesn't provide a stats page for BOINC you should be thankful that someone stepped up to the plate - Thanks Willy!

I don't get it, sometimes I see the credit right away after an upload, and sometimes I don't see them at all. Like I had 2 uploads yesterday, and no credit

Nevermind, the uploads were on the 18th but they are showing up on the 17th...

However, had 2 uploads this AM, and they do not show up... humm...

if you dont like this site, why dont you make your own? and i dont belive you can make it better, this site is great

Well, I just looked at SETIsynergy and he has a problem with Pirates Stats (Does not have all of my Credits) - So every both a good, but I like the extra info (stats) that this site has!!!!

fagbag, I like this site, just pointing out a problem... Now the credits have all shifted back 1 day, so the stats for the 17th (really the 18th) now show up on for the 16th

can you add total hosts

i wouldn't make my own site because i dont know how- im not pretending to be really smart, and i didnt put the post up b4 to get insulted, only to help others sick of boincstats slow ass updates. setisynergy is usually updated way b4 boincstats therefore more up to date- that is all i wanted y'all to know. no need to be smart asses

plus i like how setisynergy tells you how many hrs ago it was updated as well as the time, cos the time dont mean shit when you arent from america

GMT is about as neutral a time standard as is possible, and it is NOT one of the US timezones, it is Greenwich Mean Time on the prime meridian. You should learn the conversion from this one time zone to your own timezone.

I think it is easier to see how many hrs ago it was updated. Whether it is GMT or what, if it says updated 12.5 hrs ago at least u know precisely when it will be updated again without having to muck about with converting. Perhaps boincstats could use this also? I am only making suggestions and alerting ppl to the fact that there are other sites out there that are just as good as boincstats. I am not trying to step on die-hard boincstats fan's toes. But with all the problems I see you typing in the shoutbox and how long it takes boincstats to update, I wonder why you are being so defensive. Like I said, I’m just trying to make suggestions. I still use boincstats but now I check it second to setisynergy as boincstats is not usually as up-to-date as setisynergy. Sorry for having an opinion.

I agree with pissedoff, late updates can be confusing and as far as I can tell pissedoff has not made derogatory comments just observations and suggestions

is there a "sig" for a team running BOINC projects - I know there is a "sig" for individuals - but what about a "sig" for the entire team? NE1 care to let me know?
