After many years, I would like to return to my project in a new version.
I am fully aware of the mistakes I made, both as the administrator of the boinc project server and as a human being. From the current point of view, I must admit that I was a bad version of myself, which had a very negative impact on both my personal life and the way I ran the project. To sum up my argument, I have been clean for 5 years and I have been treating my deep depression for 2 years. So much for personal confessions.
For some time now I have been preparing a server for a new/revived server, which I hope will work well in its function. I secretly hope that I will receive a loan of trust from you, dear crunchers, and that you will join my project. This time I won't rush anything or force anything, which means (I hope) greater stability in the operation of my server.
While looking through the backups of the previous incarnation of the goofyxGrid@home NCI/CPU project, I found a lot of mistakes, so I know what I can do better from the beginning.

I would like to, however I cannot login to my account that was created by the boinc-wide-teams import. I need to use the 'forgot password' link to access my account, but get an error saying "Email failed

2. linux hosts can now join to project <- problem is that http/2 is not support by boinc manager, i disabled it for now

"test_142" it was temporary test project with boinc server 1.4.2 for upgrade files to my main project <- at this moment main project is upgrade

I have one think about stats for my project.
If there is not huge problem don't join it with my old project statistic.

I'd rather have my old scores/badges connected again, the more so as the latter have vanished from my signature as Sebastien at https://signature.statseb.fr/next_badges.py claims "No account with credit",
while my credit for GoofixGrid -at application level- is clearly visible at FreeDC and my hours spend -at application level- on it even at Sebastien's own WuProp.

I have nothing again joining work hours in WuProp or badges, but joining credists is a bad idea. Why? In last project i was so "creazy" that i gave 50-150 credists per task so it will be not fair with new credits.

You might want to ask the volunteers whether they would like to join their old hours/credits with the new instance of GoofyxGrid, but at e.g. 1/10th of the old credit value -it's your project, your choice what fair credit should be.

Having the credit system changed is something several projects went through.
As far as I can tell those projects had enough volunteers to keep up the work even afterwards.

I picked up the server from the service center today.
I had a bit of trouble running the full 256gb ram.
now another problem has appeared, no system wants to run ubuntu, proxmox, debian, windows, etc.
the installers themselves boot from USB, but the installed system does not boot from either SATA or USB.
I'm struggling with it now, I hope by the end of the weekend everything will be working one way or another

Short report.
Currently, both processors work stably <- they were subjected to various tests for 15 hours and their temperature remained stable at about 75 degrees Celsius.

But of course I have another problem, I'm trying to find damaged RAM sticks or RAM slots. However, for now the behavior is completely random. The problem is that each time you restart a different number showing the RAM size appears, and memory errors point to different chips. I replaced all the dice with a second set (I have 35 ddr3 ecc ram dice at home).

Additionally, I had to reinstall the proxmox system on which I will restore the operation of VPS machines related to the boinc project.

I have already contacted the service center to start a dispute regarding a complaint and reimbursement of costs for a service not performed properly. I gave them working equipment and what I got was a nightmare.
It's going to be another long night.

Project is starting back to life

Looks like, that here are many errors in CMS pages and these errors looks like as poor modifications of code (I don't think, that original BOINC software left these bugs).
