My personal background
About myself:
My name is Lars Grünheid, I am born Oct 16, 1982. I am living in Germany somewhat near Cologne, working as it-supporter for a company that supports local authorities and public-related establishments with any hard- and software, connectivity and support needed for bussines life. I like music (any), books (any), movies (any) and food (any)

About my team:
I joined BOINC Synergy because its the most friendly and broadly-minded BOINC team i found. Its not bound to a specific country, religion, race or mind, its just for the fun of crunching

Join our team today! We are present in about any BOINC project out there, and we got everything around BOINC: news, stats, forums, signatures and alot more. Find out more at www.boincsynergy.com!

About my way to BOINC:
I started crunching in 2004, when I began to explore the internet. As my pc was running all the time (I never shut it down if I can avoid it) I searched for ways to spend the wasted cpu time for useful stuff - and found the seti screensaver...

At some point I lost interest in seti, until I heard of boinc. The simple but ingenious idea of an distributed computing framework got me on fire. Being a fanatic collector for all and everything, I tried to get accounts in as many project as possible and crunched my way up from that on.

Even tho I love the competition and watch my stats grow, the sience behind the projects is more interesting imho. I love to learn more and more every day I spend time with the projects and dig through the websites.

Opinion about BOINCstats/BAM!
About BOINCstats:
Althought our team got its own amazing statistics website, i like BOINCstats because its more detailed, and i love the graphs and how you can compare anything and anyone to each other.

About BOINC Account Manager:
Project/Account management became so much easier since i use BAM - almost everything can be controlled centrally on the website, from everywhere around the world =)
