My personal background
Born in Surrey, England 75 years ago (1947). Family (Dad Czech, Mom English) emigrated to USA (MI) in 1957. US Army joined me in '68, two years as a 55G2T (nukes) then transferred to Computer Systems Command (CSC), Hawaii. Three years in civil service as a programmer (Autocoder, Fortran,COBOL) then 5 years in Iran (Tehran). Back to USA (Durham NC) in '80' - been here since. Finally graduated from NCSU with a BSC in CompSci 1995. 17 years with Computer Sciences Corp (another CSC), 13 years with Mantech Environmental - both with contracts with the EPA. Retired in 2005 (and three times after that). Still write web apps (WAMP) for friends and good causes. Play Table Tennis, teach Karate and Iaido (see my URL), ride a 2001 Kawasaki Nomad 1500 FI and a 2018 Tesla Model 3 . Married 12 years with one son working on various aircraft simulators for Lockhead. I belong to two Portuguese Water Dogs (Porties) insist on constant attention whenever I sit at my desk (now for example.) Donated a lot of computer cycles for SETI years ago, lost my drive, then picked up again with Milkyway@home in August, 2022. Current RAC ~13K/day. Happy to be back contributing to a pure science project (with visible results :-)

Opinion about BOINCstats/BAM!
More stats than you can shake a stick at. A fantastic job of pulling together the vast array of available data points managing to turn them all into information in multiple forms. Have not seen its equal.
