G'day,

Is there a way to adjust the percentage of GPU time is used by BOINC like you can for CPU or is it done by the same option?

You can't do it with BOINC preferences, but you could try TThrottle; see this thread at the BOINC dev boards.

If your running Collatz or Milkyway with a ATI GPU you can Adjust the Percentage of the GPU used @ one Time but not the Amount of Time it is used over a given period of Time. All you have to do is use the Proper Application File and put the wX.XX Command in the <cmdline>wX.XX</cmdline> Line.

I can't tell you which Application to use though for your particular OS, BOINC Client or Video Driver as they all come into play on which one you use, they should be able to at the Project your running though ... Usually a Command of anywhere between x0.9 & w0.1 is used, a higher Number such as w0.9 uses less Percentage of the GPU than a Lower Number such as w0.1 will use ...

Wow, great piece of software

eFMmer manual seems a bit complex, but in fact it's so easy to use that it works (in simple mode) just setting CPU and GPU cores temperature... amazing !

Thanks, Gundolf
