I am new to bonic . i want to ask if the credit system works the same on every projects? will there any projects credits more and some credits less? Can the developer of the project set up his own rule of crediting? thankyou so much!

Yup, credit is a mess that (IMHO) should be controlled more carefully by Boinc developers

Answering to your Q, project admins decide the amount of credit/hour given on each project... some uses higher credit to attract new ppl, or whether "science" advantages crunching for that project are not really clair, or wether so-called "public results" generated by Boinc won't be so public at all...

There's a credit comparison here on BoincStats: http://boincstats.com/stats/project_cpcs.php - If you take for instance Seti@home as the real "unit" credit (being Boinc developpers so close to that project, it should be taken as an standart measure), you can see: any figure above 1 will grant higer credit than the "standart"
