below thread closed prematurely, without the problem be fixed,
so read it first!
http://www.boincstats.com/forum/forum_thread.php?id=1231

I am with two cpids read above thread

My projects are migranting aleatory for both cpid

One day one or more projects migrate for first cpid
following day the *same* projects migrate for the second cpid
next day , agian the *same* projects re-migrate to ante-previous cpid
and on and on ....

*Reading the FAQ I find not what to do to encourage projects
to migrate to my prefered CPID

This way, by next year, I still will have a number of different cpids
with *same* projects migrating aleatory for some different cpid every day -

This problem was caused by Willy deleting by accident about 20000 users
of boincstats database during some upgrade,

and at same time, by bad luck, seti updating my stats wih a new cpid,
cause I created a account to redem my seti classic stats -
*only about 10000 hours cpu time -

So, I had no cpid at that instant, and seti could not migrate for my cpid !!!
what ended causing actual problem of aleatory cpid migration

resuming: this problem was caused by a accidental manual wrong update ,
so, please fix my cpids manually too

TIA

I'm sorry, but you mix some things up.

First of all: your CPID isn't determined by BOINCstats, but by the projects. BOINCstats has no influence whatsoever.

Second: the deleting of 200000 users was between two daily updates and was resolved by restoring a database backup from just after the last daily update, so this had no influence on any stats (or CPID, also see former note).

So, thirdly: I cannot manually update your CPID. No project will update it manually either. Somewhere in some of your accounts there must be a wrong setting, or you have some hosts which are messed up. Maybe some other forum member can help you with that.

As this is not a BOINCstats bug, I moved the topic to BOINC.
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.
