boinccmd, built from BOINC 7.4.23

I keep getting this for lookup_account but unable to debug it. I could not get the authenticator_key.

sudo boinccmd --lookup_account https://bam.boincstats.com <user> <pass>
status: Success
poll status: operation in progress
poll status: operation in progress
poll status: permanent HTTP error

sudo boinccmd --join_acct_mgr https://bam.boincstats.com
If I try to attach account manager to boinc I get only this and no other feedback.
