<b>Since your Computers are hidden that is not much to go on.</b><br />
<u>My best guess with out being able see more detail would be that your Anti-virus/Anti-Malware or Firewall program(s) are <font color="red">blocking</font> the file(s) from downloading</u>.<br />

Things you need to do:<br />
1) <b><font color="green">UNHIDE YOUR COMPUTER(S).</font></b> With out seeing the computer information and tasks with the error(s) no one can help you.<br />
We CAN NOT see any personal information (ip address, etc) when viewing your account information<i>.<br />
You can take a look at my account/computer list by clicking on my name</i> to see what is visble.<br />

2) Make sure your Anti-virus/Anti-Malware or Firewall program(s) are set to <b><font color="green">EXCLUDE THE BOINC PROGRAM and BOINC DATA FOLDERS</font></b> from passive and active scanning. <br />
<br />
3) Post back once you have made your computers visible.
