The new workunit batches will appear in the batchmonitor during the next weeks. We will calculate the sequence similarities and domains of about 400.000 new sequences imported until Dec 5, plus about 20 million new sequences from metagenomes to be imported in December. In total we expect work for 2..3 months. The estimate for progress and remaining work can be seen directly on the project web pages and will be updated automatically in the future.
