Removed all duplicate users-accounts in BOINC user stats. Duplicate users are created when a user participates in more then one project, and the user-id's are not equal. After a few days the user-id's match up and one of the user-id's is dropped, but it still exists in BOINCstats database. There were over 400 duplicate users-accounts.
