Was trying to edit the post but it's not allowed to edit if my post is not the latest one?

The overtake stats are fewer than before, the section "will overtake <user>" is not there anymore. Is this intended?

Where can I see last day credits for each project? There are only averages now...

Look at "my detailed Stats" - right hand tab "Last 40 days"

It's linked from your detailed-stat/overview page: http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/overtake/2344899/0

I can't find an "add widgets" statement or button anywhere on any page. Does that only show up in certain browsers? What about Chrome based browsers?

You need to be logged into the site inside the browser you are using to see the "add widgets" statement and to edit widgets

Third, where is the page that used to consolidate all the news from all the projects?

When you have sorted out getting at Widgets - enable the news widget or look at main menu under "other" - "News from the projects"

Second, why does my new page "detailed stats page say that I am a resident of Australia on one side and United States on the other? USA is correct.

Thats one for Willy - not known

And that link is only shown on the page with the widgets!

It's a hard one to find since both the left and right shown country come from the same source. I changed some things, let's see if that fixes it (keep caching into account, may take a stats update before the correct country shows on the left).

I am logged-in, but I can't find the page with the widgets. What is the URL?

Willy, it still has Australia on the left and USA on the right. Maybe it will clear up after the stats update.

Thanks.

Click BOINCStats Logo top left - its the opening page of the site.

http://boincstats.com/en

If you cant see the widget statement top right - look at the window sizing and make it wider, the statement maybe be hidden to the right "off window"

I know that page, but it only contains "Will be overtaken <user>" not "Will overtake <user>", which was there before.

That's the overall credits, not per project, which was in the projects table before, the rightmost column.

Go to:

- My Detailed Stats
- Select Project List Tab
- Select the Detailed Stats icon to the right of the Project you are interested in
- Select Last 40 Days Tab

Well, it would be better to show them in a table, since in most times only last day info is needed for everyone, not the whole history. It will at least help me to know if some tasks are granting credits or so. It's just better than having to open too much pages.

For last day only -

- My detailed Stats
- Click Project List
- Look at Credit/Day column for the Project you are interested in

Okay, Willy. It says USA on both sides now. Thanks.

Willy, as you can see, I forgot to uncheck "add my signature to this reply." I always do that because for years the wrong signature has been added to my posts if I do not. I tried to modify the post to remove the signature, but it would not allow me to do that.

So there are two problems here:

1. Why is the wrong signature being added to my posts?
2. Why can't I remove it after the fact by using the "modify" button?

Thanks.

Willy - I've put a separate post onto BOINCStats Bugs - User & Host IDs not recognised - as it looks like a fairly major bug (if others are getting it as well - I have no idea if thats the case)

Try http://boincstats.com/en/bam/accountPreferences/ (when logged in!), click on the Edit-button and after that on the dots in the Signature-line. Here you can change it.

2. Why can't I remove it after the fact by using the "modify" button?

That's probably a question for Willy to answer.

Confirmed also with Firefox 12. Could this be a problem with access rights?

When I click on a Quote link of a message in the Shoutbox thread I get this message:
You have insufficient rights to access the requested post.
I also wonder if the Quote links for the messages in the Shoutbox thread are intended.

Thanks TeeVeeEss. I don't know how the wrong number got there, but I was able to change it. That also seems to have changed my earlier posts to the correct signature. So you solved both problems at once! Thanks, again.

New framework is very nice. Very attractive.
I see that it is wider, and the fonts smaller, on my monitor ( 18 inch 46 cm : 1280 x 960 ). Hard to read.
I am now over-riding the framework's (webpage) font size, and selecting my own preferred text size from
within the browser. This makes it readable, without causing many layout problems.
I note that my browser's smallest text size is still bigger than the framework's default font size.
