I am trying to set up the tray app. I was able to find my account number, but where do I find my Team ID?

As there are no Team-IDs BOINC-wide, Willy creates them here.
Whithin each project the teams have different IDs. like you have them as an account number.
You find them in your combined details, and it's 15755
