Hi,

I'am a member from [AF>HFR] SpiceTeam team and we have a trouble with BOINCStats. We have suscribed to einstein@home projet.

But our Credits / Stats don't appear in the BOINCStats database for this project ...

Could you do something ?

How long have you been crunching at einstein? How long have your members had credit?

You have to have credit before the projects will put you in the XML files.

The XML files are only updated a very few times per day (sometimes due to server load this can get skipped entirely for quite a while).

If you are not yet in the XML export file, there is nothing that this site can do.

My team have crunched for einstein since 3 weeks at least. And we syscribed at Einstein in January.

And we already have some credits (~2000).

Does BOINC client use XML export files to update the Total credit / RAC for each projects we suscribed ?

If not, I'll check with admin on einstein@home website.
