I have a little problem with my User Name. As you can see below the first 6 lines show projects that are either not in existence anymore or not exporting updated XML. At least the CPID is correct. Line 8 is not a split CPID but a duplicate account that I am trying to get corrected at the project. On top of all of this My Detailed Stats page shows the old username even though the Username has been updated within BS and is reflected by my Icon on the left. Even my Sig1 and Sig2 is showing the old name.

I have gone to all of the projects and made the username the same as what is listed in BS.
Am I missing a step?

I think that you need to wait for a couple of days (maximum) till BS get all the updated info (taking into account that you are 100% sure that all your projects have the same info)

I have not made any changes in over a month and I still see my old username.

Well, I guess, the problem is, that these projects can't update anymore because they're either retired ones or down...
You should try to sync the retired projects, maybe it helps.
Only thing is about Proteins and ABC Beta now...

Problem with syncing is that you must have an attached pc, and you cannot attach to a retired project.
TMRL DRTG, retired, not attached, can't fix.
Renderfarm, retired, not attached, can't fix.
Zivis, retired, attached, fixed.
SciLINC is not exporting, my name is correct there.
ABC beta is not whatever, my name is correct there.

But as you can tell by my sig and my picture they are still not fixed. I'm open to all suggestions.

First off: why do you try to keep your CPID secret while it is visible on the detailed user page you link

Secondly: I could change the update scripts so that retired projects no longer have a say in the combined username, but that would cause big problems with abandoned user accounts which would all go blank. That's why I wrote the 'sync retired projects' bit into BAM!.

Anywho, if you would've chosen a username with the first letter > 'D' in the alphabet then you wouldn't have had this prob as well.

It's all a balance of compromises, and I'm afraid you're on the wrong side of the balance now.

Not so great for you, but if I change things in your favor, somebody else will complain that his username is not correct. So, again another change, then another complaint. And so forth and so on.

No problem. I guess I will be one of those folks with multiple names on multiple projects. I use the BS sig on all projects. I think I know someone else that is like this as well. He is in my team too. Augustine comes to mind.

You can always use your custom BAM! sig, there you can put any name in the title, you can even pretend you're NEZ (but your numbers will tell a different story )
