Last month I stumbled across BAM and thought this is a great tool to manage all my BOINC project accounts... so I created a BAM account and signed up all my projects.
A couple days later I found out that I couldn't merge my credit from various accounts because the email addresses were different. So, hesistantly, I decided to stop crunching numbers for a couple of my email addresses and devote only one address to BOINC from now on.
But then I realized, some of the credit totals from my old addresses were more than the newly devoted email... so I manually swapped the email addresses of those accounts to the devoted email.
I came back to my BAM account, hit the refresh CPID, and wait a week. But... BAM still links to my old account because it is still using the project id of the old account (even though the email of that account doesn't match anymore).
For example, when I joined up for BAM, the SKTAKI project id of the matching email address was 5003. But now, the SKTAKE proejct id for that email is 4992. But BAM still keeps trying to show me stats for 5003. It also keeps trying to change attach/detach clients to 5003, instead of 4992.
So, I'm wondering, is there some way to manually update my BAM account and force it to use the new project id? Everything would be much simpler if the was a side-menu option to "disconnect a project" from the BAM proejct list. (Perhaps I should report this as a bug?)
Any help?
