I am running the BBC climate change project and SETI @Home. Both are running and sending results. But on BOINC Stats when I go onto project list and then go to view the stats "User ID doesn't exist in SETI@Home or doesn't have any credit." is shown. The BBC project shows the stats OK. Anyone know what the problem could be please.

I have the same problem, and found it is due to my having inadvertently mis-typed my email address when attaching to a new project.

As a result, I have 2 CPID numbers. I did this when I attached to Astropulse, but can't correct it, as when I try to change my email address, and enter my password to do so, I get the message "there is already an account with that name" or words to that effect.

I have posted a question on the Astropulse Q and A's forum, but have received no reply after several days.

Anyone have an idea?

Found the answer!
Use a second email address (hotmail, gmail, etc) Change the email address for each project you are attached to, so they all have the new address.
Job done! Wait a few days for BOINCStats to catch up, and then you can change the email address for each project back to the original, if you want.
Easy when you know how!
