Hello guys! I'm new to BOINC and this forum too. Needed some help on adding accounts on different devices under one BOINC stats name.

So I have a WCG Cancer and Ebola research going on in my Macbook.
And another Einstein@home and Asteroids research going on in my S4.
But both these projects don't show up in my ID of Hercules2905 but the username is same for both and the email ID is same too.
How do I manually add the projects to this ID of mine here?

Are you sure you're using the same username? A search in BOINCstats of "Hercules2905" shows two separate users, one for World Community Grid, and one for Collatz Conjecture. The WCG user doesn't appear to have done much work, as they only have 430 cobblestones. If you look on the "Projects" tab, you should see the account name for each project you're attached to.

I have a similar problem that happened today when I changed my email address on the projects I am subscribed to: Asteroids@Home, ClimatePrediction, Cosmology@Home, Einstein@Home, LHC@Home, MilkyWay@Home, SETI@Home and Universe@Home. These seem to have split into two groups. The first group has Einstein@Home, LHC@Home, MilkyWay@home and Universe@Home. The second group has Asteroids@Home, ClimatePrediction, Cosmology@Home and SETI@Home.

How do I get the two groups combined back into a single group reported by Boinc stats? I have 4 systems running these projects; all 4 run Einstein@Home and SETI@Home. For the remaining two, one runs all 8 projects and the other runs all 8 except CLimatePrediction.

Just been through all my projects and note that they all have the same CPID. If I open Boinc stats from each account, the CPID reported on the page is the same CPID as the account but if I open the Project List tab this reports the same CPID as the project but the Project List tab lists the first group of 4 projects.

I had a window open on Boinc stats when I discovered the problem. This has a different CPID and the Project List tab lists the second group of projects yet, as I said, all projects have the same CPID. Am I missing something here and how do I correct it?

I've tried renewing the CPID on my main account page, but it does not list a CPID either before I do the refresh or after I've done the refresh. The projects list in BAM did not list any projects but clicking on Sign-up for projects, and doing a search for each of my projects it now lists all 8 projects but still only 4 are included in the stats.

If I click on the stats icon in for each project in the project list, 4 have the same CPID as the first group of projects and the other 4 have the same CPID that all of the projects report. No idea what to try next so welcome to suggestions.

Patience is advised; doing too many things at once can cause more problems than they solve. After you take an action (such as changing your email address, which BAM can do for you) you should wait a couple of days so that the changes can be reflected in the projects and their exported stats. Some of the processes that generate stats info are only done once a day, and if that doesn't line up with the stats update for a particular project the "correct" update could get pushed back to the next day.
