Yes it's the same problem. I also found the cause, and with it some bad news.
Updates do not run on the main database, but on a 'temp' database. When a table is updated it is copied from temp to stats. It seems like 2 days ago, the copy failed (probably due to high load).
So, during the last update, the daily numbers are actually calculated over two days, because yesterdays numbers are missing.
Normally I could go back 2 days in time (restore D

but because of the current problems the server would be busy for a whole day to do two daily's in a row, AND (more important) I discovered the backupjob failed to run as well.
All in all a big pile of trouble, making a fix impossible.
I will watch the upcoming updates closely so I can copy the test db in place when it fails again.
Maybe in a week or two I have all the funds to complete the new server so the problems will be gone.
