Not sure if this is a bug or just CPID sync'ing but I found that I earned about 800 according to the projects today but was given 1600+ in Boinc combined.

Willy, this is the same bug we've talked about a few days ago
my credit/day for 2006.03.11:
CP: 1125, E@H: 1216, P@H: 156, S@H: 3516 (which totals ~6013)
but Boinc combined: 12573 (~2x)

yesterday when I looked at the stats, on 82.161.19.50, at ~21:00 UTC, it was OK

I hope today is not too late for fix

hmmm, looking at my individual projects stats on official pages,
here's what I found:
my stats now (2006.03.12 08:12 AM UTC)
S@H: 761,944, CP: 293,628, E@H: 56,605, P@H: 19,957, Boinc sum: 1,132,133
and on boincstats's pages:
S@H: 756,813, CP: 293,372, E@H: 55,803, P@H: 19,893, Boinc: 1,125,883

so there is a difference ~5000 credits at S@H

Yes it's the same problem. I also found the cause, and with it some bad news.

Updates do not run on the main database, but on a 'temp' database. When a table is updated it is copied from temp to stats. It seems like 2 days ago, the copy failed (probably due to high load).

So, during the last update, the daily numbers are actually calculated over two days, because yesterdays numbers are missing.

Normally I could go back 2 days in time (restore D but because of the current problems the server would be busy for a whole day to do two daily's in a row, AND (more important) I discovered the backupjob failed to run as well.

All in all a big pile of trouble, making a fix impossible.

I will watch the upcoming updates closely so I can copy the test db in place when it fails again.

Maybe in a week or two I have all the funds to complete the new server so the problems will be gone.
