I am working on few projects and I have two accounts in Predictor@Home with same name and CPID, but I work only on one of them. BOINCstats showed credit of the "bad" account in predictor with almost no credit untill few days ago. Now it shows credit of the "good" account, but it is not counted to total credit.
P.S. I apologize for my English. I hope you understand.

Well, the original problem is not really solved. Your old account and the new account both have the same CPID. As the old one is still present, this one is used in the daily update (because the old ones User-ID is used in the update).

But the site uses the cpid to find matching CPID's, finds two, gets confused, and returns the new one as the first one to display (the second one is never asked for).

This is a situation I didn't expect (I thought CPID's withing a project would be unique) and I didn't anticipate for this. I'm unable to change the CPID on your old account, but you are. You could install BOINC on one machine, use the old account, and manualy change the CPID (instructions are in the SETI forum)

I will try something in my DB, but I can't guarantee it will hold (projects are in charge of the CPID). After the next daily update your credit should include the new account. But that may change again!

P.S.: Lesson learned today: never sign up for the same project twice. And if you do, don't use both accounts.

You have to find this yourself. I saw it once in the forum, but I have no direct link.
