I can't confirm if this is affecting all users, but for me at least, my banner sig for me is a 1x1 pixel GIF, according to Firefox. http://www.boincstats.com/signature/user_banner_bam61878.png

Seems to be working now. Either it was an overzealous firewall, or it's fixed. Either way, it's working now.
