I consistently get two "JPGraph Errors" displayed when comparing, for example, hosts. Would appreciate any info you can share on why this may be and how it can be fixed. Thanks for whatever you can provide.

Willy is currently on holiday. I am sure he will look into this when he gets back.

Update: The graphs work with Internet Explorer Version 6, but do not work only only the system I upgraded to Internet Explorer 7.

I did not test BOINCstats with IE7 yet. If IE7 is compliant with the www standard than there should be no problems. BOINCstats is coded to comply with these as well of course (ahum, cough, got something stuck in my throath just now ). Well, maybe I missed some things.

Will try IE7 soon.

I think it's best when I sacrifice a system to IE7.

It's not IE problem; this is the image that actually gets sent to the browser.

Or maybe a problem with how IE7 is fetching the image? I can duplicate the error if I mess up the graph URL a little bit, where the pipe is to split the host IDs.

see here

So maybe IE7 is doing the same thing.

EDIT: Nope, my copy of IE7 is showing the graph OK.

I think it's best when I sacrifice a system to IE7.

Some supplemental info FWIW:
1. Project is Rosetta
2. Computers are:
A. 246746
B. 271438
C. 267136
3. Currently, starting from the Rosetta stats page and displaying Host Stats for my name:
A. Comparing all three {A, B & C} works for both credit and position graphs.
B. Comparing {A & B} works for both credit and position graphs
C. Comparing {A & C} or {B & C} does not work for either graph.
4. A small sample of other Users with three hosts does not work when the User's computers are compared three at a time of two at a time.
5. Other comparisons I have tried, including comparing Users, do not work.

I repeated Item 3. above with "No Add-ons" option in IE7, with the same results.
BTW, IE7 Version is 7.0.5346.5; Update Versions: Beta 2. OS is Winodows XP Home SP2.
Edit: added last paragraph.

I tested all possible combinations of your hosts in Firefox and all compares worked. I installed IE7 and tried the same: all worked.

Do you have any add on software or non-default setting in IE7?

I have the same problem. When i compare more than 1 user/host in my team, i get the jgraph errors. I have used IE6, IE7 and Firefox 1.5 but all give the error.

Here is the link for member comparison:
http://www.boincstats.com/stats/compare_graph.php?pr=bo&table=users&id%5B%5D=22258&id%5B%5D=38327&id%5B%5D=333606&id%5B%5D=97183&id%5B%5D=128151&id%5B%5D=902458&id%5B%5D=349718

and here for comparison of my hosts:
http://www.boincstats.com/stats/compare_graph.php?pr=bo&table=hosts&id%5B%5D=1318505&id%5B%5D=118040&id%5B%5D=83260&id%5B%5D=174514&id%5B%5D=268620&id%5B%5D=979878&id%5B%5D=1143452&id%5B%5D=521491&id%5B%5D=1113206&id%5B%5D=687427&id%5B%5D=601677&id%5B%5D=1673788&id%5B%5D=1116910&id%5B%5D=661121&id%5B%5D=1146798

I have no add on software, and no non-default setting as far as i know off ..

I'm sorry, but those links are, well, useless.

I went to your teams user list, and tried about 10 different combinations and compared them, all without error.

I still have the same JGRaph errors as reported in this thread. I first reported them a couple of months ago. They started when I upgraded from IE6 to IE7(beta). On all PC's I see the graphs normally, only on the IE7 PC (WinXP pro UK)there are errors. :-)

Hmm... the JpGraph error is back again .. again using IE6, IE7, Firefox 1,5 and on different computers in my network. Could it be a network problem? This is so strange, because it worked for a while and i havent changed anything
