Hi all,

Got this problem for a very long time, but I nerver take the time to ask for help.
When I try to my stats for NumberFields@home https://www.boincstats.com/stats/122/user/detail/7058 . I have the message in the subject title "User ID doesn't exist in NumberFields@home or doesn't have any credit.".

How can I resolve this problem?

Are you sure that your user is the same? Did you check if the project has a GDPR related opt-in feature? (Some projects won´t display info here unless you told them to do so)

I don't have this problem on other stats sites.
So the problem is not ont the NumberFields@home website

The user with id 7058 is not in the latest export file from NumberFields. If it's not there it can't be imported here.

My bad!

I found an option du to GDPR rules :
"Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?"

That's explain why i don't see the stats here.
