I don't know if Pirates validates the credits by comparing results with other users.

You should however waut a few days until credit is granted.

Futhermore: Pirates is very very beta, and they don't update on a regural basis.

There does seem to be some sort of non-function. I know Pirates is not updating its files daily, yet SetiSynergy has closer statistics than your statistics are.

I know this does not matter too much as the credits are minor but the update process is definitely not performing properly for Pirates.

Synergy does not display Pirates stats yet.

Synergy also has a different timetable then BOINCstats. Depending on when you view this site or Synergy, one of us has the the latest numbers.

My apologies, that is true for the total statistics.

It does show for the individual though.

In my case, I have 34.64.
SetiSynergy shows 30 for a couple of days.
Your statistics show 13 for quite a few days.

Somehow your programme is not picking up the most recent data from Pirates whereas Setisynergy does - though it is taking Pirates 2+ days to do updates.

As I state, the credits are not important but there does seem to be an 'error' in the programme which is more important.

Found the error, and I'll fix this. Credit will be correct after the next update.

Thanks for all the hard work you have done.

That is one reason why I put all the info from the credit page in my post, to make sure the XML (I think that what you are looking at) you are reading is reporting the same thing.

Ok, I know that Pirates is a once a blue moon type of thing getting stuff. But my credits on the stats page states 1. but the other numbers stats –7. I am thinking it has been to long and the stats program thought I dropped off and reset my totals to zero.

So, I am hopping when the process run again to double check all the credits, the total credits will be correct ???

Currently (as off 10/23/2004 – 6:16 PT) I have the following:
Total Credit = 8.72
Recent average credit = 0.08

I changed the code a bit (again) so hopefully your credit will be back with the next daily update, or when a new XML file is downloaded.
