How to reproduce:
* Search for an existing user with URL given in his BOINC account settings (like "Bananeweizen&quot.
* Scroll down to the section, where each single project is reported.
* The link behind the user name is "http://$url".

Note: The same works fine for combined accounts.

Second bug: The link for reporting bugs in the main menu still points to the old forum.

Damn, I was sure I fixed that.

I even tested that

Anyway, fixed it again. Keep in mind that cached pages still have the error until they are purged.
