Would it be possible/prudent to have a little more information about the projects here on BOINCstats/BAM? I'm looking at information about system requirements; platform information, required RAM, that sort of thing. Or, perhaps this kind of information exists in one, easy to read location and I'm just not aware of it. That would certainly make it much easier when looking for new/replacement projects. It seems that finding new projects is pretty easy for Windows, but not so much for Mac (especially PPC) and GPU.

It's something I have in the pipeline, but not worked out yet. The server already gathers application info from projects but there is not yet a page to show the info.

Would a Content Management System embeded into the Site fit the current Vision? Plenty of them around now and need not cost the Earth. Updating data such as Projects have available and/or need is in reality quite an undertaking in the long term if its to be kept lively, interesting and updated. Straightforward bland data lists can only go so far.

A focused CMS implimentation would give Projects their own Platform to advertise themselves, and ultimately have the ability to feed News forums and RSS Feeds. They would have the incentive to keep their own Content Updated and lively - no point doing it for them, they will always be better at it given a flexible facility to use.
