Problems moving items past the stats active projects list:

Seems like a lot of folks are having problems moving the shoutbox up the sidebar to a position above the 'stats active project' block because that block is longer than the screen.

I've managed to do it by dragging and fiddling with the cursor keys but it's not intuitive and doesn't always work

I see this as a suggestion to find a solution to this problem (not as a bug).

I think I'll make the projects a collapsible menu.
