Having been positively delighted when the default sort sequence on the Project List changed to current credit, and stayed when you hit refresh, I am today disappointed to note that it has reverted to the old way which always used to irritate me because I always like to sort it either by Current Credit or Today depending on what I was crunching at any given time.

So rather than start a campaign to re-reverse the recent reversal, how about I suggest that whatever you last selected could be somehow stored automatically in Account Preferences and used whenever the page is accessed, including when you hit Refresh which currently always goes back to Project. Note that it would also have to store Ascending/Descending as appropriate, makign 26 possible options as it stands.

If it can't be stored automatically, then perhaps a change to the Account Preferences page to allow it to be chosen and subsequently used would be a good alternative. I am sure that lots of people spend a fair bit of time looking at this page in particular on BoincStats, it would be nice to make it as friendly as possible to suit everyone.

When logged in the last sort order is now stored and used when the page is visited again. Active and retired, with/without ASIC all store their own preference.
