Actually the WUs aren't drained yet, and it ends in 22 hours about. They had extra runs this time around so it wouldn't run out. According to SIMAP's servers, they still have an expected 13 days work left to distrubute, and 197,000 undistributed tasks on the servers...

It is more that SIMAP had lots of more work this month. Mumps and Peppert together have done in excess of 7 million credits, the next cruncher just manages 600k. That's why I called it draining. With this 'Hi, Higgs boson!' challenge the work is more evenly spread.

When the Challenge began in the LHC project was 358 000 WU. Now there are 58000. We have helped the project and it is fine. Thank you all.

Well, given Mumps is on my team, and peppert was on the competition team, you can see how it went... Naturally SETI.USA wasn't going to cme here without Mumps :p
